4-6 haddock filets
1 t. sage
1/2 C. grated Swiss cheese
1 C. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
paprika
1/4 C. fresh parmesan cheese
Sprinkle the haddock with salt, pepper and cheese. Place in a greased shallow
baking dish. Spread the sour cream on fish filets. Sprinkle with paprika and
parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
