Kat's Oven Fried Fish

 

   1 ½ lbs. Halibut steaks

·         ½ cup dry bread crumbs

·         ½ tsp. Hunters Fish Seasoning

·         3 tbs. melted butter or margarine

·         Ass Kickin Teriyaki Sauce

Cut Halibut into serving size pieces. Combine bread crumbs & Hunters Fish Seasoning. Dip Halibut in melted butter, then in crumb mixture and place in single layer in greased baking dish. Bake at 450 degrees F. allowing 10 minutes cooking time per inch of thickness measured at its thickest part or until Halibut flakes easily when tested with a fork.  Recipe may be halved or doubled Seafood Sauces
