    Kat's Catfish With Crawfish

1 x 8 oz. catfish fillet 
2 tbs Butter 
1 tbs Old Bay seasoning 
1 tbs Onion, chopped 
1 tbs Tomato, chopped 
1 tbs Green pepper, chopped 
1/4 cup Cooked crawfish tail meat 
1 dsh Tabasco 
1 x Splash white wine 
1/2 x Lemon juice only 

 Method : 
Heat butter in a nonstick skillet. Season catfish fillet with Old Bay seasoning. Saute on low heat about 3 minutes each side. Remove. Add onion, tomato, green pepper, crawfish tails, Tabasco, white wine, and lemon juice. Saute mixture and serve over fish.

I take the view, and always have, that if you cannot say what you are going to say in twenty minutes you ought to go away and write a book about it.
