Flounder Florentine
1 pound frozen flounder fillets, thawed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
paprika
butter
1 package (10 ounces) frozen spinach, thawed and heated
Sauce
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup milk
salt and pepper, to taste
dash nutmeg, optional
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Place thawed flounder fillets in a greased shallow baking dish
