Fish Casseroles
Granny's Blue Fish Casserole
2 lb Bluefish Fillets
2 x Lemons, cut into wedges
1 can Cream of Shrimp Soup
cup Muenster or Cheddar Cheese, grated
2 tbl Butter or Margarine, melted
1 tbl Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed
Fresh Parsley, finely chopped - as a garnish
Salt and Black Pepper - to taste
Paprika
Method :
Arrange Bluefish Fillets in a buttered, glass baking dish and sprinkle with
lemon juice; pour butter or margarine over top and bake at 400 F (15 minutes).
Pour heated Shrimp soup over fish, then sprinkle with cheese and bake at 3000 F
(15 minutes longer). Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley and paprika as
colorful garnishes and serve.
