James's Omelet In A Bag

One or Two Eggs
Bacon
Cheese
Onion
 
 
In a small Ziploc bag, pour in one or two eggs ( no shell ! ). Add a tablespoon of cheese, bacon, onion, whatever you like and seal the bag, squish the ingredients to mix. "Burp" the air out. Drop in a pan of boiling water. Boil 3 min-1 egg, 4 min. for 2 eggs. Open bag, roll omelet onto plate.
