Shanna's Baked Corn Beef Omelet
8 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 pkg. (3 oz.) thinly sliced corned beef
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Beat eggs, milk and seasoned
salt. Tear corned beef into small pieces into egg mixture. Stir in cheese and
onion. Pour into greased baking dish, 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 or 8 x 8 inches. Bake
uncovered 40-45 minutes or until omelet is set and top is golden brown. 4-6
servings
