Lynn's Fancy Omelet

3 Eggs
1 tbs Butter
4 ea Bacon slices -- crumbled
1/4 c Cheddar cheese -- shredded
2 tbs Sour cream
1 tbs Chive -- snipped 
  
 
Mix eggs slightly. Combine with bacon, cheese, sour cream, and chives and cook the same as French omelet.

A little government and a little luck are necessary in life; but only a fool trusts either of them.
