Hazelnuts Omelet
2 Tablespoons grated hazelnuts
1 egg -- separated
1 cup milk
3 Tablespoons flour
1 Tablespoon sugar
a pinch of salt
2 Tablespoons butter
In a small mixing bowl, beat the egg white until foamy peaks form.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour and milk. Stir in egg yolk and salt, fold
in sugar, hazelnuts and add stiffly beaten egg white.
Melt butter in a sturdy frying pan and fry omelet golden brown on both sides.
