Frog Legs

 

Cullen's Fried Legs

 

4-5 frog legs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter

Clean frog legs and season with salt and pepper. Dredge with flour, similar to preparation of chicken for frying. Preheat heavy skillet over medium heat. Place frog legs in hot butter. Fry until brown on all sides. Serve hot.
