Lynn's Strawberry Cream Cheese French toast

1 Loaf French Bread or Baquette
6 Eggs
1/4 Cup Cream
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1 Container Strawberry Cream Cheese
Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons Vanilla
1/4 Cup  Pancake Mix
Powdered Sugar
Fresh Strawberries

Slice French bread into 1 1/2" pieces. Cut a pocket in each piece and fill with strawberry cream cheese.

Beat together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar and pancake mix. Dip bread in the egg mixture and fry in margarine until golden brown.

Dust with powdered sugar and serve with fresh berries.

Variations: Cream cheese mixed with pecans and honey.
