Shanna's Cut Up Fried Chicken Cream Gravy

 

11/2 cup milk                                             
1 egg
plate of flour                                               
oil
salt & pepper                                            
1 cut up chicken                           

Beat egg and milk together in a bowl, heat about 3/4 inch oil in skillet, oil should be hot so
chicken won't stick, salt & pepper chicken, dip into milk and egg mixture coating both sides
then dredge in flour. Place in pan ( making sure  doesn't stick) lower heat and
cover and cook till side is brown, then turn over and cook other side.

Note; If you like it really crusty after dipping and dredging first time. repeat same thing.
