Cullen's Corn Fritters

1 81/2 oz can cream style corn
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder

Stir all together and drop by spoonfuls into deep hot oil.
Note; you can add parsley, onions,peppers, chives or what you like to mix.
