                  One Leg Pete's Doves

6 to 8 birds                                                         
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
salt, pepper and flour                                         
2 tbs chopped parsley
butter                                                                  
1/2 cup bouillon
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms                              

1/2 cup Burgundy wine

Put flour, salt and pepper in a bag, add birds and shake till well covered. In a heavy skillet 
sauté birds in butter. Remove birds and sit aside. In butter left in pan, brown mushrooms, 
onions and parsley, put birds back in pan and mix in bouillon and Burgundy, spooning over birds.
Bake in 300 oven for 2 hours.
