                     Venison Fried Steak

 

3/4 cup milk                                             
1 egg
plate of flour                                                
oil
salt & pepper                                              
 Venison steak cut into palm size pieces

 Take a saucer and using edge hit steak till tender on both sides or use mallet
Beat egg and add milk together in a bowl, heat about 3/4 in oil in skillet, 
oil should be hot so meat wont stick, salt & pepper meat, 
dip meat into milk and egg mixture coating both sides
then dredge in flour. Place in pan ( making sure meat doesn't stick, 
lower heat and cook till side is brown, then turn over and cook other side
 Serve with cream gravy Cream GravySC11

If you like it really crusty after dipping and dredging first time. repeat same thing
