James's Great Livers

 

Onion flakes (optional)
1 pound chicken livers, cut in half
1 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire® sauce
1 cup beef bouillon
Salt
Pepper
1 tablespoon cooking oil

roll livers in oil. cook low heat 'til done and slightly brown. mix mustard, Worcestershire® sauce, ketchup, bouillon. add to liver, cook and stir 5 minutes.
