Cullen's Rice Livers
3 tablespoons oleo
Celery, chopped
Onion, chopped
1 pound chicken livers
1 tablespoon cornstarch or flour
2 cups chicken bouillon
1 tablespoon Worcestershire® sauce
Cooked rice
SAUTÉ onion and celery in oleo. cho livers and add SAUTÉ 'til tender and
brown. add flour and blend 5 minutes.stir in 1 cup water and rest of ingredients
Except rice. stir 'til thick and livers done. serve over rice.
