Raisins Livers
1 lb. chicken livers
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. steak sauce
In a large bowl, place chicken livers. Pour soy sauce over livers; make sure
livers are well coated. Set aside. In a large skillet, place oil and heat to
medium temperatures. Add onion and saute about 3 minutes or until tender. Add
livers, raisins, and steak sauce. Stir well to mix. Cover and simmer over low
heat for 20 minutes.
At times
failure is very necessary for the artist. It reminds him that failure is not the
ultimate disaster. And this reminder liberates him from the mean fussing of
perfectionism.
