Lynn's Sautéed Goat

 

500 g cubed goat meat
olive oil
2 whole garlic cloves
1 onion chopped
2 stick celery, chopped
½ capsicum, chopped
2 bay leaves
12 large sage leaves
½ cup red wine

Saute garlic in olive oil. Add meat, onion, celery and capsicum and
saute for a few minutes. Add bay leaves, sage and wine. Simmer for at least an hour or until tender.

 

There are flowers everywhere, for those who bother to look.
