Granny's Tomato Goat

 

500g cubed goat meat
olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic
1 tin whole peeled tomatoes
1 tsp chopped chilli
1 cup red wine

Saute meat in olive oil then add onion and garlic. Stir constantly then add tomatoes, chilli and red wine.

Turn heat down to simmer and cook for 1 hour. Serve with boiled rice.

Note: Tinned tomatoes can be substituted with 8 fresh tomatoes or a tin of tomato puree.
