Kat's Beef Tips On Noodles

1 pound stew meat (or a roast cut up)
1 can Beefy Mushroom soup
2 cups water, divided
3 shakes garlic powder
1/4 cup flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Place stew meat in crockpot. Add soup, 1 cup of water and garlic powder. 

Cook on high for 3-5 hours. Add flour to 1 cup of cold water and blend with a whisk. Add to crockpot and stir. Let simmer at least 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce to taste. Serve over egg noodles, cooked according to package directions. (Can also be served over rice or bread)
