Kat's  Paraisa

11/2 pds of sirloin steak or round steak
1/2 lb cheese chopped
1/2 lb onion chopped
10 hot peppers chopped

Trim all fat from meat and cut in chunks. In a bowl mix all ingredients.
 Meat grinder with medium blade ground all 2 times and serve with crackers or tortilla chips
