Cullen's Paste Greek Salad

 

1 lb Farfalle or Bow Tie pasta
1 sm tomato cut in small cubes
8 oz crumbled feta cheese (plain or flavored like tomato/basil)
1 sm can black olives sliced
2 cup FRESH spinach washed and torn
    into bite-size pieces
1 cup Greek Salad dressing (homemade or store-bought)
2 tsp lemon juice (preferably fresh)

 Method :
Cook pasta until "al dente". Drain and cool pasta, and add all remaining ingredients.
Toss well to blend. Let sit for one hour before serving.
