Ground Beef Casseroles

Granny's Ground Corn Beef Cheese Sauerkraut Casserole

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 Cups milk
1 T. instant minced onion
1 t. mustard
1 large can sauerkraut drained
1 small bag uncooked noodles
1/2 lb. ground corned beef
1 8-oz pkg. shredded swiss cheese
1 C. dry bread crumbs 

Mix together soup, milk, onion & mustard
Place sauerkraut in large baking dish, spread uncooked noodles over
Pour soup mixture over all
Add corned beef & swiss cheese
Top with bread crumbs
Bake at 350°, 30-40 minutes
