Ground Beef Casseroles

 

Midnight Mickey's Ground Potatoes & Beef

 

1 lb ground beef                             
1/2 cup butter or margarine or butter
1 cup minced onions                        
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup steak sauce                          
Salt & pepper
Tabasco sauce                                  
11/2 lb potatoes, boiled, and drained

Brown ground meat and onion in large skillet 4-5 min. Add steak sauce, bring to a boil
and simmer 5-7 min., pour into 11/2 qt. casserole. Mash potatoes with butter and milk
and spread over meat. Bake at 350 for 15 min.
