Granny's Ground Beef Noodles Two Cheese Casserole

 

2 lb ground beef 
2 x cloves garlic, minced 
1 lrg onion, chopped 
2 can (15 oz each) tomato sauce 
1 tbl basil 
1 pkt spinach noodles 
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 
1 x (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese, softened 
1/2 cup milk 
1/2 cup sour cream 

 Method : 
Brown beef, drain. Add onion, garlic, tomato sauce, and basil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Cook pasta. Put meat into bottom of 9 x 13 casserole.
Layer pasta on top of meat. Then cheddar. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, milk & sour cream until smooth. Spread over cheddar.
*At this point, you may cover & refrigerate up to 1 day. Bake covered in 350 oven 40 minutes.
*Bake one hour if refrigerated.
Serves 6 to 8
