Stuffed Ham
One ham whole with bone
have butcher debone and leave a cavity
(if you have to cut the ham open, stuff and tie with butchers string)
Stuff cavity using:
1 lb ground chuck
1/2 lb ground veal
1/2 lb ground pork
1 stalk celery
1 large onion
2 eggs
1 cup bread cubes
2 cloves of garlic
pepper
Moisten all a bit since ham will absorb moisture.
Bake 1/2 hour per pound
