Corn Beef , Head, Foot & Hash

 

Lynn's Beef Hash

 For every 2 cups chopped (not Ground) left over beef, allow 1 large boiled potato, 1 small onion chopped
and 1/4 to 1/2 left over gravy. Salt and pepper. In a skillet add a little oil and everything else. Blend
and stir over moderate heat about 20 mins. Turn and cook about 15 more mins or all is cooked.

Note; you can brown potatoes instead of boiling, but only half brown, not letting cook inside and
add add cooking time until potatoes are tender.
