 Mad Dog Lamb Chops

4 bone in lamb chop  
1/4 cup red wine
1 tablespoon olive oil      
1/2 cup beef broth
2 tablespoon minced garlic 
1/4 cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup cold water 
2 tablespoon fresh rosemary 
2 shallots minced

 Sauté lamb chops in olive oil for 3 min per side. remove chops, add garlic & shallots sauté
for 2 min, add rosemary, add wine to deglaze pan. add beef broth and lamb back into pan
bring to boil add corn starch until thicken.
