Loin Lamb Chops With Garlic
12 chops about 1/2 inch
thick
Lemon juice
8 cloves of garlic
minced
Salt to taste
ground black pepper to
taste
Olive oil
1 lemon rind finely
grated
1/4 cup fresh oregano
Preheat grill or boiler. Rub chops with garlic, sprinkle
with pepper, lemon rind and half of oregano
and press into chops. Drizzle olive oil on lamb and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Salt chops and cook
each side 5 min remove from grill and dust with oregano and olive oil..
