Granny's Cous Cous Lamb
8 oz. chicken broth
6 c. of cous cous
1/2 lb. chopped lamb
Sm. can chick peas (garbanzo beans)
1 to 3 med. onions
Best if prepared in ceramic pot. Brown lamb. Chop onions finely. Mix uncooked
grain with browned lamb, chopped onions, chicken broth and chick peas directly
in pot. Cover, cook over medium heat 1/2 hour or until grain is tender.Makes 5
to 7 servings.
Problems are only opportunities in work clothes.
