2 racks of lamb 
1oz butter
1 teaspoon shallots 
2 whole cloves
pinch of rosemary 
1/2 teaspoon of mustard
1 1/3 teaspoon brandy
Sauté rack of lamb until golden brown. Bake in oven for 20 min @ 350
Glaze with mustard, rosemary and garlic. Add flame brandy and serve.
