Quick Pork Fajita
(about 1 pound) Pork Tenderloin thinly sliced
2 to 3 Tbsp. Fajita Seasoning or Marinade
1/2 Onion sliced
1/2 Green Pepper sliced
4 to 6 Flour Tortillas warmed
In a shallow bowl, toss pork pieces with fajita seasoning.
In large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, stir-fry pork pieces with
onion and green pepper until all is just tender.
Wrap portions in flour tortillas with salsa
