         Kat's Crispy Fish Tostado

 

1 22.75 ounce y Fish Fillets
1 12 ounce package  red or yellow tostada shells
1 8 ounce package  shredded jalapeno jack or cheddar cheese
2 cups picante sauce 
1 5 ounce package angel hair shredded cabbage
2  avocados, sliced

Heat oven to 475 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
2. Arrange frozen fish fillets on prepared baking sheet and bake according to package directions. Cut each cooked fish fillet into 8-inch pieces.
3. Place 12 tostada shells on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle 2 Tablespoons of shredded cheese on each tostada and heat in oven 2 to 3 minutes. Place 4 pieces of a cooked fish on each tostada and top with 2 Tablespoons picante sauce. Top with 1/2 cup shredded cabbage and 2 slices of avocado.
