 Beef Meat Balls Meatballs

3 lbs ground beef                                                  
2 tbs Worcestershire
1 diced onion                                                        
1 tbs oregano
1 cup ketchup                                                        
Salt & pepper
1/2 cup barbecue sauce                                          
1 tbs garlic powder
3 eggs                                                                     
3 cups bread crumbs
2 oz Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350, place all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
Form meatball size and place on a baking sheet and bake 35-45 min

I suppose it is much more comfortable to be mad and not know it than to be sane and have one's doubts.
