Beef Steak Salsa Salsa Fria

 

1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 4 oz can chopped green chilies
1 tbs veg oil
1 tbs vinegar
1 tsp coriander
salt & pepper
4 boneless rib eye 
1 tsp garlic powder
To taste; picante or other sauce 

to make salsa fria mix all ingredients, cover and refrigerate 3 hours.
Place steaks on grill  or broiler and cook until desired. Serve with salsa fria on top
