Tex Mex Beef

 

Kat's Tex Mex Liver

 

1 cup flour, all-purpose
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 lb liver, beef, cut in 2pieces
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 jalapeno pepper, sliced thin
3 tbsp oil, salad, to 4 tb.
2 medium onion, sliced
2 cup water, to 3 cups
Combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a plastic bag; add liver
and shake until well coated with flour; set aside.

Saute garlic and jalapeno pepper in salad oil until tender. Add
liver, and brown slowly on both sides. Place onion slices on top of
liver. Add water; cover and simmer over low heat 30 to 40 minutes,
stirring occasionally.

How is it possible that a being with such sensitive jewels as the eyes, such enchanted musical instruments as the ears, and such fabulous arabesque of nerves as the brain can experience itself anything less than a god.
