Cullen's Carne Guisada

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pound of cubed meat.
1 16oz. jar salsa
Quartered onions & tomatoes (2 each).
1 Serrano pepper, chopped
1 yellow bell pepper, julienne slices.
2 garlic cloves, crushed.
2 tablespoons oil.
To taste; picante or other sauce Sauces Mexican

Directions

Brown meat in hot oil and add garlic (5 minutes). Pour taco mix  over the meat and simmer 15 minutes. Add all vegetables and cook for another 15 minutes. Garnish with cilantro
