     Beer Muffins

 

4 cups biscuit baking mix

4 tablespoons sugar
12 fluid ounces beer

  1. In a large bowl, combine biscuit baking mix, sugar, and beer.
    Pour into greased muffin tins. Bake in 425 degree oven until
     browned, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Makes 2 dozen muffins.
