                  Butter Muffins

 

2 cups self-rising flour
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
1 cup butter or margarine, melted

  1. Stir together all ingredients just until blended. Spoon batter into lightly greased miniature muffin pans, filling to the top.

  2. Bake at 350*F (174*C) for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.

Everything is blooming most recklessly; if it were voices instead of colors, there would be an unbelievable shrieking into the heart of the night.
