Corn Meal Muffins
1 cup Cornmeal
1 cup Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
3/4 tsp Salt
5 tbsp Sugar
1 Egg Beaten
1 1/4 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Butter Melted Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; make a
well in center of mix. Combine Egg, Sour Cream, Butter and add to dry
ingredients. Stir until moistened. Spoon into greased muffin pans. Fill 2/3rds
full bake 400 for 12 minutes remove from pans immediately.
