Cullen's Casera Sauce

1 1/2 cup Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
1 x Clove Garlic, Finely Chopped
1/2 tsp Jalepeno Chile Liquid
1 tbl Lemon Juice
1 1/2 tsp Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Onion, Chopped
1 x Jalapeno Chile, Canned, *
1 tbl Cilantro, Fresh, Snipped Fine
1/2 tsp Oregano Leaves, Dried

 Method :
* Jalapeno Chile should be seeded and finely chopped.
Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate up to 7 days.
Makes about 2 cups of sauce.
