Kat's Southwest Seafood Marinade Sauce 

Great to marinade any seafood

1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup grapefruit juice
1/4 cup tequila
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tesp crushed cumin
salt
1/2 tesp sugar
3/4 tesp hot pepper sauce
1 jalapeno chopped

Mix all together, should marinade at least 2 hours

Information's pretty thin stuff unless mixed with experience.
