Lynn's Chili Sour Cream

2 cup sour cream
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Luxembourg is a landlocked country in Western Europe. It is bound by Germany to the east, Belgium to the west and France to the south. The country is divided into two distinct geographical regions.
