     James's Tex Mexican meat Loaf

 

2 lbs lean ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 slice bread torn
1/3 cup crushed corn chips
11/2 tbs chili powder
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp minced garlic
Salt and pepper

Mix all together and blend well. Place in a loaf, bake @ 350F for 1 hour and 15 mins.
Can be frozen uncooked.
