 Lynn's Chili Meat Loaf

 

2 lbs ground chuck
3 large onions ground
1 cup fine cracker crumbs
1 large egg, beaten
2 tbs chili powder
4 chopped jalapenos
Salt & pepper
2 cups canned tomatoes

Combine beef, onions, crumbs, eggs and seasoning in a bowl. Blend thoroughly.
Form into a loaf and place in greased baking pan and bake @ 350F for 1 hour 15 mins.
