Lynn's Glazed Loaf

1 lb Ground turkey; cooked
1/2 c Cracker crumbs or bread crumbled
1 c Rice; cooked
1/2 c Onion; chopped
1/4 c Carrot; grated
1/4 c Celery; chopped fine
1 1/2 tesp Mustard; prepared or dijon
1 tesp Garlic powder
Salt & White pepper
1/4 c Tomato sauce
2 Egg whites
1/2 c Ketchup
1/4 c Honey

 Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a loaf pan with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients except ketchup and honey and mix well. Turn mixture into a prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes. Combine ketchup and honey. Spread evenly over meat and bake 5 minutes longer.
