                      Curried Butter

 


1/2 c Unsalted butter, room temp
2 T Good-quality curry powder

CURRY BUTTER:

Beat the butter and curry powder with an electric mixer until blended.
Refrigerate covered until ready to use. (About 1/2 cup) From the Silver Palate
 

Curried Butter

1/2 cup butter or margarine
3/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1 dash fresh ground pepper

Blend together and store in refrigerator
