          Maple Butter

 

1/2 c Softened butter

1/4 c Maple syrup

Mix with electric mixer until blended. Serve on toast, cracker or warm muffins.

 

   Maple Nut Butter

1/4 c To 1/3 c Hazelnuts, walnuts, -or pecans
1/2 C Butter
1/4 c Oil
1/4 c Maple syrup
1/4 c Noninstant powdered milk

 

 MAPLE NUT BUTTER Roast nuts. Chop fine. Process butter, syrup, oil, and milk until smooth.
Add nuts and pulse. Store refrigerated. Makes 1 1/3 C.

         Maple Cinnamon Butter

1 lb Unsalted Butter, softened
2 tb Maple Syrup
2 Drops Vanilla
1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/8 ts Salt

Combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly. pack into crock or pottery dish. Refrigerate.

Garnish with cinnamon stick when serving
