               Mustard Butter 

 

1/4 c Margarine Or Butter; Softened
1 tb Parsley; Snipped
2 tb Mustard; Prepared
1/4 ts Onion Salt

Mix all ingredients together

 Mustard Horseradish Butter

2 tb Dijon-style mustard
2 tb Prepared horseradish
5 tb Butter; room temperature
Salt and pepper to taste

BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, scrape into a serving bowl and serve at room temperature for
dolloping over fish.
